Very good agency to work for.

Ultimate Care is by far the worst agency. They hire aides who dont know a lick of english, read or write. This is a money hungry agency who wants aides but does not even attempt to check these aides who are being hired. They should be investeigated by the dept of health for even putting these aides to work.

cease and desist immediately from your attempt to conspire to deny me my services thereby endangering my life and also defaming my character and slandering me.

i am a member, my membership number is: 000015936

because of "regina", who is the immediate supervisor of my charge nurse, "rosemary seca", i am being denied services the result of which will endanger my life .

the facts are that "regina" alleges that "ultimate home care" contract hhc aid "ne-ne keita" alleges that i sexually harassed her while she was my hhc aid. i had fired her last week for refusing to do her job by refusing to do duties which she had, untill that time, performed to my satisfaction.

"regina" admits that the alleged complaint does not have the imprint of a notary public or or proof of any other vetting or invesitgation. regina has refused to fax me a copy of this alleged complaint so i have no proof that it even exists.

regina has consistently been unprofessional, and almost insulting, during our several phone conversations.

regina is using this unsubstantiated allegation to deny me home aid services, thereby endangering my life.

i am a disabled 70 yr old, with a history of 2 heart attacks, complete kidney failure several months ago, with 4 progressive degenerative conditions that leave me mobility impaired, with my left hand partially devoid of any feeling, peripheral neuropathy in both legs, feet, arms and hands. i cannot cook for myself, or go to the store to buy food, or clean my appt, or wash my clothes.
i am legally blind and suffer from cataracts in both eyes.

i have congestive heart failure and atrial fybrilation. i am legally blind and i have asthma.

to deny me home aid services is to endanger my life. i am approved for 7 days a week, 4 hours per day and i was getting my aid up until yesterday, but as of today i no longer have her.

regina is endangering my life and also defaming my character and slandering me with her unsubstantiated allegations.

you must immediately cease and desist from this denial of services, and restore my aid to me.
