You think you are getting a pet but instead George Lai asks you to be a breeder with his contract. Don't sign without your attorney reviewing so you can understand your full rights!!!! Before buying a dog for a hefty price tag get a copy of the license from the state they are breeding. Get referrals. Get a copy of any contracts ahead of time. Get their return policy is the puppy is sick. Get the paperwork at the transaction. Things to consider when dealing with a breeder. Buyer beware. George Lai has beautiful dogs but I couldn't sign a deal with someone asking me to be a breeder and trying to take away my right to make a complaint if the dog didn't work out.
