It's such a shame. This store is new and it's in such a great location. It's never maintained. The "drug store" priced displays are covered in makeup and nail polish and to boot they are always empty. I don't think this store has ever heard of restocking. The higher end displays are OK, I wouldn't say up to par. The staff aren't too helpful. They pounce on you as soon as you walk in the door but they're never around when you need them. It's usually because they're hiding somewhere or talking among themselves. I only go in if I need something but unfortunately this store took the fun out of browsing for me.

This review is based solely off of their customer service.. I called this location prior to driving to the store to ensure they had a specific product I was looking for.. Over the phone I was told they did. In fact, the employee stated they had just recieved a new shipment of the specific product. To come and find out once eventually arriving to the store that they don't even carry the product. What a waste of time out of a very busy day. Their staff needs to be aware of the products that THEY sell within the store, ridiculous.

I went in very excited to get a haircut at the salon and was set up to get a haircut with Elena.However, what followed was probably the worst haircut and service of my life. I always go in prepared with a haircut with pictures and am very clear on what I want, not only did the lady not give me the haircut I had asked for, she thinned out my hair so much, it feels like a chunk of it is missing. I had also spent months growing out my hair and granted i wanted to go a bit shorter but not as much as she cut trying to even it out on both sides and her suggestion at the end of the session was that i change the way I part my hair due to her thinning out one side so much and cutting the layers so short that they practically became bangs. Maybe the amateur hair cut experience that occurred with me is the fault of one stylist but now ill have to spend months trying to outgrow this horrible haircut and the worst part is my birthday is this friday. Needless to say, this has been such a horrifying experience.

I love this ulta it's amazing and usually has all the products that I want end up loving them a lot of the girls are very friendly and the help you out with anything.

My first time , i too a appointment . It was great. I had Alison do my hair ...she did a great job.
They have a lot of good products ,
And the gals at the counter are very friendly . Will go there again
