I disagree with other reviews. Every time I deal with Ukraine Express I'm having no problems, everything fast, prompt, courteous. I do not understand what kind of issues you guys are having with Ukr.Exp.? It's simple you pack, they come and pick it up, then in 1-2 months it's delivered directly to the receiver. What else? Do you want them to wipe your ass, feed you, hug you or what?? Just go back to Ukraine?Russia or wherever you came from and enjoy service out there, I'm pretty sure it's perfect there. Sometimes you gotta think other way, perhaps issues you're having are caused by YOU or your dumbness.

The worst shipping service ever! I had experienced all the possible issues for the last 2 years sending packages from Amazon, but this last one just "outperformed" everything. I moved to another city in April and notified both their NJ and Ukraine offices in May. They STILL sent me my May parcel to the old address. It is the end of October and they are again sending me parcels to the old address, which is by the way 600 km away from where I live now! I even called in and asked to confirm they have sent the last parcel to the correct address, and guess what I got as an answer? "So what, there's noone at the old address who can accept the parcel?" People, your service SUCKS!
