I made a phone call before I stepped in to exchange a pair of boots. The representative was very nice during checking availability and offered holding a pair for me on the phone. Staffs were fine too in store.

The best! The selection and sales staff are both topnotch!
I actually ended up dancing in my brand new Uggs waterproof
boots in the store!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Horrible customer service, incompetent employees, walked away from me while I was inquiring about a return. Officially made me never want a pair of uggs again

I called to reserve a pair of Uggs I was told the store would be closing at 9 I got there at 8 and the turned me away. $40 down the drain to get there and back home. Disgusting!!!!
