UGG

Came there last weekend to exchange boots I received as a present for a smaller size that were sold out almost everywhere. I was actually able to reach someone by phone at this store, unlike a few other locations I called and waited, only for the automated system to hang up on me! They held the boots for me and allowed the exchange even though the receipt date exceeded 30 days (the size I returned will sell fast I presume).
The price had dropped because the item was practically out of stock (other authorized retailers who had 1-2 pairs left still sold the boots for full price), and the manager at this location was kind enough to give me the difference in the form of store credit, as opposed to an even exchange (which made my day and inspired this review). Overall the store was clean and staff friendly and professional (came there 30 min before closing time). Many thanks!

Went to the store they took forever to take care of me, when i got home i notice that my extra shoe laces were not in the box i called the store asked why they where not in the box i was laughed at and was told that i needed to go back and pick them up when i asked if they can keep them i was laughed at again and was told that they dont just ship laces and i had to pick them up.

Beautiful store but the worst customer Service it's even hard to call it a "service" since there wasn't any. I was also given an attitude from manager store while returning shoes for a smaller size ( oh I'm sorry you had to actually do something instead of chatting to your co-workers while customers are waiting and no one is helping them)! I would never go back to this store and I don't reccomend anyone going there. You better of ordering online! I would give them zero stars if possible!

The staff there are more excited to help then I am to buy shoes.

sales rep on phone w as not very nice and rude. I needed a simple question answered and was told I could wait on hold for 25 min. Seriously?
