This is a terrible place. I am a fresh direct employee and I called about my coverage, because I was trying to add my son and was hung up on 4 times by the receptionist. If you are in this union please find ANY OTHER UNION. The people working there are incompetent and ghetto. They hang up on you. No help whatsoever. I thought unions were for the people not against them.
