I never though I could complete any workout but after taking hilas class i came to realize I was stronger than I thought! She is a great motivator and even when ur on the brink of breaking she manages to help u find the strength to keep going!!! It's a great open environment with a range of different types of people and different physical levels but surprisingly experienced or not Hila manages to make the whole class feel amazing which comes through in the workout. She very attentive to all of the people taking the class making sure we all have good form and focuses on each and every muscle the best full body workout ever!!

I originally was intimidated to go here cause I thought it might be a little too hardcore for someone like myself who has never worked out before. I walked in to try a class and saw regular people similar to me. A breath of fresh air.
I wasn't just joining a gym to solely learn to fight. I wanted to join a place where I can learn as I get fit and feel comfortable and not pressured while doing so. I currently take a few high intensity interval training classes with Hila each week and personal training and beginners boxing with Josh. Considering the most I have ever worked out in my life was for a month at a time, I am now 6 weeks strong and loving it. They are both incredible trainers and people as well. I constantly thank them for helping me continue to transform myself physically and mentally. Eventually I will move more into advanced boxing and mma but for now, this has been nothing short of perfect.

Place is a joke as far as MMA, fighting, or anything that has to do with either. The place is not sure if it's an MMA school, an aerobic class, or a spin class. The instructors can't get out of their own way, and if they were ever in a fight, they better run. They should use their cage to lock up the owners and instructors for FRAUD.

I downloaded the free pass from their website and visited my local gym. They have gyms now all over the city, Long Island and up in Westchester.
I was very impressed. I am thinking of getting deeper into kickboxing and more contact-oriented workouts. They let me sign up for a free class and come back for a second visit.
So many other gyms could care less whether you come or go, I appreciated them giving me the chance to work out here twice. I will probably join them when my other contract runs out.
