I feel like I was scammed for doing the first step which is obtaining my TLC License. Once I got it they never told you the next step which will cause you more money. Another $2,000 to $3,000 to get a TLC plate and insurance. If they told me this before, I could have just change my decision. Waste of $900.00 and effort. Gotten my TLC license in 7 weeks.

Best uber office intown eventhough it kind off feels like they dont really care anymore its not as coll and chill as it used to be

DUE to there false advertisement for new drivers , they don't tell you that u have to have Heald your drivers license for 6 months if you currently just obtain it & want it apply a TLC LICENSE. As I looked Friday after I was told that by Aaron (uber csr rep) , I tried to find there source of informations on the TLC FAQS WEBSITE , UBER WEBSITE & EVEN CALLED 311 TO FIND OUT INFORMATION FUTHER they even told me it was accurate that they r definitely false advertising. Definitely gave me a bad vibe smh

Extremely helpful customer service. Explained details of how Uber and Uber rush works very clearly. Highly recommend going here if you an Uber employee and got any issues

Unfortunately there is no 0 star . Never work for Uber. The worst company I ever worked for. I drive Suburban and they turn me off for 30 minutes when I refuse 3 rides in a row . Sometime I'm not online, but system starts sending me requests. The only way is turn your phone off. Or if you finish your trip and want to take short brake or go to WC, once you complete rider's rating it starts sending you trips so you have no chance to go offline . Also , they charge ridiculous amount of % from your fare .
