I like that this place has great reviews. I work downtown Newark so I will be visiting this store after work. I hope to have the same experience and I believe I will, so I will give my rating now!

My screen was cracked so I looked around for the closest tech store that could fix it. I found U-Tech, read the comments and called. The staff was polite, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone so I decided to stop by.

After walking in I was greeted by a hand shake by one of the staff members and processed immediately. I was invited to sit down as they stated that it would be about 20 minutes. After about 15 minutes I was greeted by another staff member that handed me my phone and said it was done.

As I was checking out, I learned that the staff member was one our students and chatted about certifications to do what he does and the pros and cons of the Iwatch.

I was in and out the store with a total time of 20 mins.

U Tech is professional and treats their customers with the utmost respect and care.

They deserve the highest rating and more.

If you are in the Ironbound and have any tech issues, you can wholeheartedly trust U Tech.

I was looking for a replacement screen for my iphone 6 so I could do the repair for myself. Mario was very helpful when selling me the screen and even gave me tips on the repair procedure.

I was having trouble with my computer. It refused to turn on. I needed help urgently. Utech not only fixed the problem when no one knew what was the cause, they also offered some advice for the future and they were very friendly. It felt like I knew these people all my life. Such a great atmosphere. I am soo thankful for their help and advice. very greatful for these guys.
