So horrible, they don't care about poor people who can't get any job without documents, we were granted asylum almost 4 month ago, and waited for the i94 to receive because without that we can't get the dmv license or any other documents renewed, so we made infopass appointments twice to find out what was going on, they said that they lost the documents in the mail because they sent it to a wrong address. Two times when we were over there they were so rude and treated us like garbage. And when I tried to explain her my situation she didn't even wanna list to me ( I had my 9 month old baby in my hands and my husband lost his job because his documents are all expired) she told me "ma'm you don't understand what I'm saying I don't work for dmv I work for uscis and so humiliated and called the security guard to kick us out of the Office. Now we scared to go back and ask about it again. Almost 3 month my husband is not working because of the paperwork and we owe a lot of money;))) its all about the lady who seats in the 1 floor 2 clerk and her supervisor as she told us.

I had an interview with one of the interviewers for a petition to remove a condition from my green card. She knew about my case and she was very supportive and considerate. I thank the interviewer and the whole department. You guys are welcoming and warm people. I believe that helping minorities also helps the country. Thank you so much again.
