Spoke to the delivery company yesterday and gave them all the information. Told them it is a retail store that is currently under construction with huge windows with "coming soon" signs in the windows. The delivery was supposed to be from 12noon to 3pm today. At 3:30 I called to ask where the delivery was. They told me the driver could not find the space. I asked them if they bothered to tell the driver the information I gave them the day before. They became belligerent and hung up on me. I called back and they put me on hold then hung up again. Finally got ahold of a dispatcher who said that he was confused and didn't undertand. This has got to be the absolute worst delivery experience I have ever encountered.
