They mixed up my order with someone who has a similar name and charged me for BOTH. I had to petition all the way up the corporate ladder because of how unhelpful this store location was.
Horrible experience. Staff and management has no idea what they are doing.

No issues with this location. I made a reservation online for 9am Saturday for a 9 foot van. I arrived at the store 15 minutes early and was in my rental by 9am. At the end of the day, I returned the van and no issues at all.

Crisstoff is really nasty because he makes people work on days that they should not work

We dropped off the truck, they inspected it.
We had a broken mirror, covered under the 'insurance'
They called us about an hour after we left and SCREAMED into the phone that we were 4$$h*l*s among other things.
Two days later an extra $164 charge shows up on the credit cards.
