Rented a one way trailer to cross the country. The broken down trailer they set me up with was not serviced properly and the wheel fell off within two hours! Would suggest avoiding this business.

I pull in the entry to return the truck, literally 2 ft away from the stop sign on the ground, and a staff member goes: do you drive?
He kept going about it. All for having parked 2ft away from the sign.
Truck was also dirty when I picked it up.

I haven't used them in a while, however, I have many times in the past and the staff is very personable, pleasant and knowledgable about the equipment.
No, it's not in the best location as another reviewer, said, but I like the fact that their review was not biased at all.
I will be using them this weekend, and I hope to have the same service I experienced in the past.

I rented a truck from these guys, and they are very nice people. Tomorrow I am renting from them again, so as a repeat customer I can definately say I recommend them. I was also happy with the price. It's not often I can say that about anyone! They have all the additional stuff you would want also like blankets, tape, dollys and that kinda thing. The truck was clean and nice.
