I had a very bad experiencing renting a U-Haul from this location. I made a reservation online, showed up on time, and was told that the van I rented was late. After being told to wait 10 minutes, I waited 15 and the van still wasn't there. The person in charge of renting out the U-Haul tried to get me to use the small truck instead, which I couldn't use because I was driving on the parkway. After waiting the 15 minutes, I left to go to a different U-Haul location, and received a call 20 minutes later saying that the van had arrived and that I would be charged a cancellation fee because I left. Overall, terrible customer service. I would recommending using a different U-Haul location.
