U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I was orginally supposed to move on Friday May 27 2016. I called on Monday May 23rd and He changed my day with no issue to May 24th. I showed up 8:30am, truck was clean and ready to go with my utility dolly I rented already in the truck. I was out of there by 8:38 and on the road. I recommend this place to anyone moving. He worked with me on miles to.
And if anyone thinks this a bogus review email me I dont know this guy from a can of paint and he took care of me. Straight Business

Had a great experience with Jimmy & his team at the North Arlington Uhaul facility. He made it quick & easy to pickup my Uhaul trailer rental and gave us a great deal. Was in & out of there pretty quick and they had the trailer hooked up in no time at all. Must have been a good hookup as we had zero issues going from NJ to FL in just a few days. Would highly recommend renting from this location, thanks again Jimmy!

The guy who owns this one franchise of U-haul absolutely over charged my credit card. He stated I returned the vehicle on 3/8ths of a tank instead of 4/8ths of a tank and because of this there was a $30 surcharge and it took $15 in gas. (for 1/8th of the smallest truck?!? When I tried to have him resolve it he told me there was nothing I could do. When I told him I was heavily involved in the community and would review his business he told me he would give out all of my information to telemarketers and such! I would never deal with this guy being there are so many more dealers in the area that I am sure are better. That being said the actual company Uhaul is refunding me and said this is one of may complaints about this one vendor and that they will be looking into his practices much more closely. Goes to show one should operate a business putting his or her customers first and always with fair principles.
