Made u haul "guaranteed" reservation the night I walk into this dirty shop 5 minutes before my reservation. Guy behind counter is sitting down, on the phone, eating a plate of greasy fast food. He asks what I want, I tell him I have a reservation for 11. He tells me he does not have my truck. End of story
