worst customer service I ever experienced. I just called and the guy hang up on me when I tried to make a reservation. Maybe he just was having a bad day, maybe because it is Monday, but it is unforgivable to act like that as an adult.

Horrible service. Aviod the place as far as possible. They never honor reservation. Trying to rip off the customer in every chance.

Especially to read the mileage before you get the truck and get the receipt at the store rather than put the paper work in the drop off box!
