U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I try to rent a car online at this station on the same day. When I had already arrived the sales rap yelled at me: "Sit down, you cannot stay here!" While a was waiting I used the express check in and received a SMS that they don't have a car anymore and I should go to Newark. Thanks U-Haul to making me come to the pick up location and not giving me a car!

The same day I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul truck, they called me to tell me that I could not return it at midnight because they were closed, even though I was able to book it on the U-Haul website during that time period. So they wanted me to return it at 8AM the next day. Since I'm in a large city, parking was scarce and I was unable to even pay for parking. The workaround was for me to stay in a hotel and use the hotel parking for the night, and that was hundreds of dollars. In addition to that, I was told before I booked the U-Haul, that the extra miles were 59 cents or so, and during pick up they stated it was $0.99 per mile. They were also rude and did not care about my booking or the fact that I had told them they website advertised false information. Never again will I ever use these scammers.
