- Terrible #193403

They charged me a cleaning fee even though I returned a van cleaner than I got it (which was a complete mess originally). Then they charged me for insurance even though I specifically asked for no insurance. They are thrives. Do not trust them. Or at least be very careful to read the fine print and assume you *will* get ripped off.
