I wish I could give them less than one star they dont even deserve one star they are pain in the ass don't try them

I have no idea what others are talking about, or maybe I've been lucky the three times I've rented a U-Haul truck from this location. Service for me was excellent, very friendly staff, and they had the supplies I needed. I would rent from them again if I were still in the neighborhood.

the worst office you can rent a uhaul from , nasty people and you will get surprises when you return the truck ,just be ready for paying more than what you expected

Do not go here under any circumstances. I was kept waiting for thirty minutes after checking in online to minimize the wait. I finally get to the counter and they tell me I can't drop it off at the time I requested online. 4pm! Because they are closed. The guy goes in and on and on about policy and I finally cut him off . He starts yelling at ME. In the end he sent me away. I went to a uhaul place on Jersey city and it was so so much better

Had a great (except for the awkward remarks to the employees) experience up until I had to return the vehicle. This is when they tack on all the extra fees they desire and of course make their business. I was warned about the gas situation before I left and I of course added gas to the vehicle before returning it. I traveled 28 miles on the vehicle and added 10 dollars of gas more than enough to cover the cost. The gas gauge read 7/8 when I left (according to the attendant)and when the vehicle was returned there was over 3/4 or 7/8. This of course is up for interpretation since there are no markings between 3/4 and a full tank of gas. I am sure it was at the point I was given the vehicle but the attendant didn't think so and I was charged a total of 40 dollars for gas. In my opinion it is borderline unethical considering 40 dollars of gas would be enough to fill 3/4 of the tank.

Doesn't matter though because he wont have my business nor the business of my family. Made 40 dollars today over less than 5 dollars worth of gas but he lost hundreds of dollars in future business.
