After I returned all of my equipment and received a signed contract from the U-Haul agent stating that I returned all of the equipment, the U-Haul agent called me to accuse me of not returning a dolly and threatened to charge me for it. I contacted U-Haul and they assured me that I would not be charged and I have not been. At least U-Haul corporate customer service is decent.
I'm not sure if this location is 1) very disorganized and can't tell what was returned or what wasn't or 2) tries to scam female customers into paying for things they already returned. Either way, I would not recommend this place.
