DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!
After making a reservation one month in advance and calling one week and then again two days prior to my reservation day I was assured the truck would be there.
Low and behold on the day on my reservation I get there early and was informed by a worker that my reservation would not my available. "MIKE" informed me that reservations don't mean anything to him and he gives trucks away on a first come first serve basis. After over 20 minutes of arguing with "MIKE" and his condescending responses, he decided to give me a truck so he could "get me the hell out of there", his words.
So I had to make my move with a smaller truck and more trips, which as a result costing me more money. When I returned the truck and the blankets I rented, I informed "MIKE", that he gave me one blanket short in the pack, he said "BS, I PACKAGE THE BLANKETS MYSELF", which he said he takes very seriously and that he would have to charge me for the blanket. He then told me "CUSTOMERS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING TO ME AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM TELLING THEM TO GO F THEMSELVES, I WORK FOR MYSELF NOT U HAUL".
I asked him to finish my paper work so I can leave and that him and uhaul would never see me again and he finished by saying "YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN".
So I say again, "DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!".
Overall I haven't had any issues with uhaul so I don't have anything against the company as I will be calling them up to let them know about this location.
