Way too few employees for the amount of customers that pass through. Had to check in the vehicle with the guys in the back and they sent me back into the reception area because their machine was broken. Most storage units are also vacant but they still have me a unit that was very far from the loading dock.

Clean, easy to find and they honestly did not try to rip me off. Staff was professional if a bit slow but I'll take it. Truck worked great. I can say these guys are a life saver.

Still dealing with unauthorized changes to my card. The Woodside store priced me one way then I was charged double! Still trying to get my money back. Avoid UHAUL at all costs!

Sent us out in a cargo van with the check engine light on, yhat kept slipping into neutral at random times then sent us back out to get an 1/16 th of a tank more gas. THEN said we'd gotten back late and tried to charge us extra for that.
