Unfriendly and Unprofessional..Sold us damaged merchandise and said "Thats the way it comes" Dont be fooled by the phoney smiles in the photo...Its not anything like that when you go there. Stay Away !!

I went to this location to rent a truck because I needed to move and the manager "Colen" was very unprofessional, rude and nasty! Apparently, she doesn't know how to treat her customers. Had I known that I would get an attitude from her just because I asked her a simple question. I would have walked out of there and taken my business elsewhere! Next time, I need to rent a truck I will be going to "budget" truck rental instead. I will never step foot walk into that dump again!!! If you need to rent a truck, I recommend you go to Budget Truck Rental instead.
