I reserved a pick up truck through call center. When I was there on time to pick the vehicle, they made me wait and I went out to see what's going on and there were trying to clean the vehicle. I wrote "trying" because they gave me a vehicle with deep mud marks with stains on driver seat , the whole cargo section with mud and huge stains on passenger seat. The reaction of the owner/general manager was so rude when I asked him how they can give or reserve any customer a vehicle like this.Because of rude and careless attitude of owner I left there.As this was the last pick up truck he made me loose at least 2 hours to find from some place else and attitude made me feel so down all day long.
