Unbelievable customer service. Very kind and informative on the phone and in person. I had an iPhone 5c screen repaired and I'd most definitely come back to them for any other needs. These guys were fantastic and even fixed an issue with my home button free of charge. They worked with me immediately and had my good-as-new iPhone back to me in under 15 mins. Very competitive pricing. VERY SATISFIED costumer.

Staff extremely personable and professional. They were extremely persistent finding out the problem with my PC. Corrected the issues. Fee less than box stores. I live an hour away. Worth traveling north to their shop.

A satisfied customer - very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I needed to replace an old laptop for business. Based on my situtation, Lloyd consulted me and I received a brought a great laptop. Even after I need to address a problem with uploading software, he was so helpful in resolving the problem.

5 star the reason i've given this computer repair man a 5 star is because he came to my office repaired all my computers, reset the system so it was easy for my employees to do ther job without any hassel. i would recommend him to any company who needs a REAL troubleshooter he's always there when you call him and he never says no. his hours of operation are when you need him day or night.
