Two Door Tavern

I really like this place and have been coming here for about 2 years. It started off as the bar I would go to when I was early for a MHOW show, but now that I live in the hood I find it is one of my go to bars for a place that is just in the middle of so many themes. It isn't overly hipster or overly classy, it serves bar food but it is cheap and not a 'gastropub', they have a solid tap list and make good cocktails but it isn't trying to be the next craft cocktail joint. In short is is a bar that can fit all needs and why I find myself here every month or two. It is also in a great location, just off the main drag but within walking distance of a lot of the burg.

The food is pretty good and they have a great happy hours including mussels, pigs in the blanket and fried pickles. They make a mean gin martini and it is HUGE. I have heard tales of a solid brunch but I have never been. Also the wait staff and bartenders have always been friendly.

I live in the neighborhood and this is our go-to spot for a casual brunch or dinner. The food is always awesome, service is great, and prices are very reasonable (try the brunch special: a meal, a coffee/tea, and a breakfast cocktail for $16). Ambiance is always nice and it's always easy to get a seat unless it's Burger Night. Thanks Two Door!

OMG... JUST GOT BACK FROM TWO DOOR AND LORD HAVE MERCY... THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!!! I HAD THE SHORT RIBS (MELT IN MY MOUTH), MY COUSIN HAD THE SALMON (SHE SAID IT WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION) AND HER HUSBAND HAD THE FRIED CHICKEN (NOT GREASY JUST DELICIOUS)... WE SHARED THE RED VELVET PANCAKES (SIMPLY HEAVENLY) MADE ME WANT TO SING THE CHEF'S NAME LIKE THE GUY IN THE PATTY PIE VIDEO...

Nice little bar/restaurant in Williamsburg; food is good if not great and service is very friendly and helpful. Check plus.

Perfect place for pub grub. Not a vast selection of beers on tap, but has some good options. Add happy hour prices, and it's the perfect place to grab a beer and bite. Decor is really cute as well! Be aware, portions on the small place are generous -- 3 was more than enough for 2 of us.
