Hands down, best experience one would ever want in a repair center. I had an accident on a Monday and my insurance company was ready put me in a shop that same day. I said, "no thanks, I need to do my homework". You see, I'm a bit of a car nut and wouldn't leave any of my cars, my motorcycle or even a skateboard w/ just anyone.

When it comes to repairs, I need more than a "shop", I need a business,..a facility built from the heart and nurtured from experience. Overall, I need a paint man that can mix and spray in a booth like a Pro and know it's going to get baked and looked over again and again like that job was going back to one of their own. If it wasn't right, they'd lose sleep, they'd come in the next day and do it again, or until was right.... Before you (the owner) got there and picked over the work like a hawk.

Look, I can go on..and on. It took me 3 days of reading reviews from all over NYC and I picked them because they stood out. I didn't feel like I was taking a chance or rolling the dice w/ another shop. These guys can tell you, the day I walked in, they didn't know me from a hole in a wall and vice versa.

I was greeted on the sidewalk, then when I walked in and by every living person that has relations w/ that business and they did it w/ a smile.. Not a smirk, a real deal smile. These folks have it down, and I was in/reviewed/signed/out and less than 15 and I didn't flinch. I took my on the spot rental and drove home (an HR away) and didn't think twice, not for a second. Whoever said they would call, they did! The delegated and followed up. These are people you'd want working for you, hands down.

So..to Matt (Geico), Justin (Enterprise), David, Lucy, the painter (Hey Mr. DJ!) and everyone else under the Twins rooftop(s), a very big "thank you!! " And... Nothing personal, but I hope to never see you guys again (w/ one of my own cars). ;).

I came here after noticing that my front bumper was almost ripped off; such is life when you park on the streets in NW Queens. They took care of my car right then and there, for a $20 tip to the mechanic. Amazing! I did not know that this kind of customer service still existed in this town. If I ever need to get any body work done, I now know where to go. I wish I'd come here after my wife's car got side swiped last year, but that's a tale for another time.

I been with them for 3 accidents caused by other drivers and one where it was raining and i hit the ramp at 25 and got my car today i was amazed how they fixed it took it for a spin like it never happened miner things like different rim tones but over all they did an EXCELLENT JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
