Twin Rainbow Cleaners

I really like one lady that works here (Hispanic woman with curly hair)- but every other person is rude and has no customer service skills. I live super close and have quit going here despite the convenience because my stuff never gets clean, and I have steadily lost all of my socks from going here. I think they stuff too many clothes in the washer. Last time I took my duvet cover and it came back smelling super sour. Disgusting. Sometimes I think they just fold my clothes without washing them and give them back to me. I also think they randomly make up prices- they charged my roommate $40 to wash two duvet covers. This place sucks overall-I agree with everyone else.

Clothes came with spots and the oriental lady (owner?) said they not guarantee their services. Dont go there.

Terrible customer service would sum up this business in a few words. My roommate and I live very close so we decided to take our clothes here to be washed and dried. We also brought in some couch covers to be washed not dry cleaned and when we came to pick them up they had charged 40$ for dry cleaning them, and when we went in to talk to the lady she just argued and did nothing. she tried to act like there was a language barrier and basically just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. We have also gotten things back from the cleaners with stains that were not there before. AWFUL, will NOT go back. It is worth it to walk farther to the next place.
