Twenty/Twenty Optical

Twenty/Twenty is the most excellent of all optical stores in Brooklyn. Besides being extremely personable, the owner is top notch in professional knowledge, expertise, customer satisfaction and his merchandise is quality and reasonably priced. Also, I have been a Twenty/Twenty customer for many years. I trust his honesty and hands-on professional workmanship, and he demands the best of his manufacturers as well. Though his store is small, it is clean, brightly decorated, efficient, and eyewear is creatively displayed. Twenty/Twenty is true perfection. (And your eyes are safe in his hands.)

I needed a simple nose pad replacement on my glasses. I looked at the reviews of several of the other optical stores in the area. They all had severely negative reviews except for this one.
Owner was kind and courteous. Fixed the problem for $5 in about 2 minutes. Gave me several pointers on how to care for the glasses going forward.
I plan to return in the near future when I need to get a new pair.
