I was under sedated after surgery. They activated service while I was heavily medicated and actually semiconscious. I disputed the charge, not only did they send me a bill, the added a $25.00 credit dispute fee!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My grandma left the hospital last night and I called up tvr communications to make sure the service was going to be canceled. I had a very unexpected experience and from that I will not be using their services ever again. When I called to cancel the service, the lady on the phone insisted a 7 dollar balance for the previous day and to talk to my 96 year old grandma on the phone. I told the representatives that I usually take care of her business because she's hard of hearing, the lady started yelling over the phone that nothing will be done until the cardholder (my grandma) is out on the phone and spoken with. I proceded to tell her again i'll take care of it, like I always have done and she rudely stated that she did not pay for one days service and she better pay the past due balance and then asked for the number on the credit card. She yelled "Will it be A CREDIT OR A DEBIT. I couldn't beleive the tone she was giving me. I gave her the number, and again she wanted to talk to my grandma on the phone. At this time, she was being lifted into a wheelchair to be taken to her home. I told the assoicate that I'll call back another time to take care of the service. The phone clicked, and she hung up on me. The customer service I received on the phone really upset me, I couldn't enjoy the happiness of the idea my grandma was finally out of the hospital. I'm giving two stars because of the positive expierence i've had in the past, but no more because of the situation I had last night. I hope the represenative is repremanded for the way she treated me on the phone.

Hey People, This company will charge your credit card for telephone,cable,or both.They will get there money from the credit card company the next day.But if you should cancel service and are owed money back to your credit it takes them 2 weeks to give it back.Why is that ? I think that is called FLOATING MONEY.How many thousands of $dollars$ of peoples money are they using to make $money$ for THEMSELVES ? The banks use to do that,but the Government put a stop to it.I wonder if the Government know's about these Clown's.I going to see if I could find the correct Agency to REPORT THIS COMPANY to.Maybe they can put a STOP to THIS COMPANY and OTHER COMPANIES who are DOING THE SAME THING with OUR MONEY. This place is a scam. Idk why Richmond University does business with them. Their reps are so unprofessional. I had my son via cesection in February and called to have the TV put on for only two days knowing the third day I would be discharged in the am. I received a bill for the day I was discharged, and didn't set up and pay for, nor requested. And no one mentioned you would have to call to cut it off if you needed to or they will "use your discharge time".. I share my concerns and the reps response was, which excuse is it ? And our cut off time is 12 so you gotta pay...I'm not paying for something I didn't use. . it doesn't matter what you think is an excuse. He then says we have recordings we state we keep it on so I said then play it ..he puts me on hold and goes oh that was long ago its not here... So where's your proof ! You didn't tell me so I'm not paying ..he then defensively asks, well this is your third notice, why you just now calling? Excuse me, that's none of your business I have children to be sitting around over something that was your mistake! If you wanna sue me for 9.75, by all means, see you in court, jerks!

My 85 y.o mom was a patient of Peconic Medical Hospital in Riverhead .I had contacted TVR to put her TVon in her room.I was informed we had a charge from a previous visit there and the unpaid balance had to be paid .I told the operator that there was no charge as i had paid the bill the last time.She then says well it was after a certain time of day.So we were charged AFTER we left the hospital.This time i told them i wanted it day by day .I called before 10 am ..They are now billing me for the day we left.Same routine!This is in my opinion elder abuse .She now is getting threatening letters to apply a judgement against her .For $23.25 .Shame on you TVR
