- Terrible #103029

Terrible Service! Shoes literally broke before entering the limo. (I did nothing but walk a few steps in them) Owner said I should've went to him immediately (although it was 30min before prom started) so he could fix my stuff, yet even if I did that absurd act that he suggested, he would have been closed! He refused to refund my money (I did not wear what he provided because it was ruined & I had pictures to prove it) and even had the audacity to ask for more money because the shoes broke! Huge disappoint and waste of money! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
