Tuuli Nilsson Alexander Technique and Voice

I worked with Tuuli years ago in a Linklater session and more recently in a series of Alexander sessions and have taken away so many useful lessons and tools from working with her. For anyone with an interest in voice, body, performance, or where things might be stuck or holding whatever the reason -- or just a curiosity about Alexander Technique, I can't recommend Tuuli highly enough. She is so incredibly knowledgable, patient, gentle yet direct, and very clear in her adjustments. I never felt like any question was stupid or shouldn't be asked and tremendously valued every session. I'll definitely be back and in fact, just today as I sat down on the Subway I was thinking about my head/tail relationship!
