Very unprofessional place. I scheduled online a tour one week ahead of time. I even received phone call day before my scheduled visit, reminding me about the time and date.
When my husband and I showed up the lady that emerged from back office was very surprised that I have scheduled the visit. She did not introduce herself, asked how I scheduled the visit, online? did I call? She did not even say “Hi” to my kid or did not acknowledge her presence. After learning my child age, she said she does not have spots until May 2016. She was in a rush and was not interested in showing the place at all. Seeing her attitude, I knew this is not a place I want my child to go to. We left without seeing the location. The worst of all is that my child really wanted to see her prospective day care and she was not able to. Great job on that thing you do Tutor Time!!!

Tutor Time has been a wonderful day care and has provided great care for my 2.9 year old son for the past year. My son enjoys going to 'school' and loves his teachers. This day care has a school-based setting with classrooms and several daily activities, which is what I was looking for to meet my expectations. My son enjoys going to 'school' and loves his teachers. I highly recommend Tutor Time for its great school-based setting and the exceptional staff.

Tutor Time Bay Ridge is awesome! My son has been going there for about a year now and he loves it. A week after he started, I was able to tell the difference. He spoke a lot more and knew things that my husband and I did not teach him (good things of course). The staff is also wonderful and very professional. I recommend this place to anyone living in Bay Ridge.

Both my sons have grown and thrived here. I have a three year old and a 20 month old, who are enrolled here. My oldest has gone here since he was one and my youngest started at 4 months. The teachers are very loving with the children and keep parents informed about what is going on. Both my children have difficulty transitioning to new classrooms as they get older. The teachers are always understanding and hold them or nurture them until they calm down. My sons are always bringing arts and crafts projects home and sing songs learned at Tutor Time. I know they have learned so much here and feel loved.

Disappointing; at first glance, Tutor Time seems like an excellent daycare, that is until you look a bit closer. The facilities are fine, but the teachers seem weary and don't try to fully disclose the day care policies, its as if they simply don't care about the children.
I brought my son there to enroll in Tutor Time on Monday, and like any new child going to a daycare , there needs to be an adjustment period(1, 3 days) when exposing a child to new surroundings. However, after 2 hours, Tutor Time called us up and simply GIVEN UP on the child. My son has been in 2 other day cares fine with no problems (sans the adjustment period), and the fact that Tutor Time flat out denies the care for my child with such a short time period is absurd.
Tutor Time is run like a corporation, they only see your child as a $$$, and not a person.
