They made me wait one hour at the check-in point! Very bad attitude. Turkish airlines has this policy that you need to show the credit card with which you purchased (which is not clear what the point is and is ridiculous per se). I purchased the ticket a long time ago with an old credit card. The bank issued a new credit card with chip and instructed me to destroy the old card, which I did. Now, at the Turkish Airlines counter, they want me to show the old credit card. The woman tells me if you do not show it, I needed to purchase new tickets (which is almost double the price I purchased, around $1,300!). No matter how many IDs I show and how I try to reason with her, she doesn't care. Her attitude is as if I have stole my old credit card with my name and bought that ticket. Very rude. Worst customer service. Very disappointed.

Have to say this airline has been one of my only favorites since i was 5. Always expected more from other airlines until i realized they where truly the best at what they do. The lounges and much of the business class lounge was above what you would expect. Very fine drinks and service with incredible tasting food.

Service is amazing as usual! I love those little designer goodies! Last time we flew it was "Chopard Exclusive for Turkish Airlines! Isn't it amazing! Oh, and food!! Which airlines serves on flight ( Econom Class) shrimps and lobster!?!? Wasn't expected to have it at all!!

No one answers the call regardless of which selection you make. There is no operator. You are told to call the 800 number which is a call center. The customer service at call center can't help you beyond the basics which you can do by yourself on the website. If you have a problem, you are on your own.

Customer service at Turkish Airlines is appalling.
