What a great service. Do not waste your time with Best Buy or another chain who will take your money and do nothing for you. Turbo Tech Nerds offer a drop off/pick up service in Hoboken & Jersey City. When my PC died, I called them and they picked it up, diagnosed the problem as a faulty video card, replaced the card and delivered my PC back to me within a few days. It is now working fine. Can't beat that! Harris and the rest of the team are very responsive to calls/emails. Would definitely recommend them for PC repair issues.

I had a great experience working with Turbo Tech Nerds. They installed a sound system for my home record player and wired up a universal Sonos remote, thereby streamlining our entire home entertainment system. When the bookshelf speakers I had originally chosen were found to be on backorder, they upgraded my selection at no charge due to the minor inconvenience. The installation process was a breeze and done neatly and professionally by their very friendly team. Overall, I found them to be extremely knowledgeable. Their concern was not in upselling me, but in working with me to make the proper choices that best suited my apartment. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. It sounds great, works perfectly and is an excellent aesthetic fit. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in upgrading their home AV.

Installed an automation system for my home in Englewood including complete control of hvac lights and security. Had a few minor issues after power outage but they were always helpful and responsive and honored all service calls under maintenance contract.

Impressed and will use Tech Nerds for future computer issues. These guys are professional and affordable and don't speak geek talk. The tech also helped with programming my TV remote which was also a plus.
