Ordered food on seamless. Supposed to be 45 minutes. After an hour tried calling but their phone only rings or goes to a Verizon voicemail. After an hour and a half called Seamless, they used a different number not provided to customers and was told food would be another twenty minutes. An hour later our food shows up. They forgot my $3 drink, the chicken wings were bloody on the inside and not cooked. Basically, we wasted $30 for food we couldn't eat or didn't receive AND we couldn't get in touch with them to let them know. Save your money, there are better Thai places than this place.

Delivery took over 2 hours. Took 20 minutes to get through on the phone and confirm that they actually received the order.

Really good Thai food, love the restaurant too. Only reason not giving it 5 stars is because someone stole my number from seamless

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered food three hours ago and it still HASNT ARRIVED! We called countless times, mostly their phone just goes straight to voicemail. Finally got them, and they said the food was out for delivery already. Its been one hour since then and nothing has arrived. It would honestly have been faster to defrost a chicken and cook our own pad thai at this point. I cant even cancel the order because they dont pick up the phone! Suffice to say, we wont be ordering from them again.

The Thai chefs may be genuinely Thai, but they're not genuine chefs!
Food is crudely and unprofessionally prepared; taste so-so.
The roast duck was dry and hard as a bone. Hard to tell the meat from the bone.
The pad thai was mediocre. I think the sauce came from a bottle.
Steamed vegetables were a jumble of crudely cut American vegetables, which didn't go together..
It's edible.
