Bottom line: Their potpies are tasty.
On my most recent visit I tried their vegetable pie. My only complaint is that it was served piping hot and I had to wait nearly ten minutes for it to cool down enough for me to attempt to take a bite. This sucks when you've worked up a huge appetite while walking around the market and High Line. Your best bet is to break open the top of the pie ASAP and give it time to vent.
One of my companions ordered the grilled chicken, which was tasty, but surprisingly served cold.
I also recommend their Guinness pot pie. In all honesty, you can't go wrong with any of them. On my first visit I ordered two pies to take home because I couldn't decide which one to get.

You didn't have to chase a roo to find a perfect sausage roll or guiness pie. And if you;re lucky they'll have a special dessert treat on hand like lamingtons or sponge.
Try to eat your pie like a true aussie: like a sandwich you bite into.

I tried Tuck Shop at a Dishcrawl event I attended. They served us tiny meat pies. This is an Australian delicacy and it is pretty good. There are different fillings and you can dip it in sauce, ever Sriracha sauce if you want to make it spicy. Great spot in Chelsea Market. There are even a few tables next to it.
