Tuck-It-Away Self-Storage

Curb side pick up. I managed my unit great with help from one of the workers which us not apart of the contract but they made sure things went well. Good service

This was the greatest experience i have had to date with storage facilities, the manager james was honest, helpful and a gentleman and the floorman nathan was just as awesome. These guys helped me and my girlfriend move heavy furniture into a second story 10 by 10 container, and with the manager's help while setting up our account we got just the right size storage facility for just the right price. Businesses should have more employees like them, they would do well and garner stronger profits from happier customers... i own several businesses and if they were my employee's i would have to give them a raise in pay for jobs well done! I highly recommend this location and i would deal with these employees in specific. Kudos, and it sux i couldn't snatch them up for my own company... dont find people like this often enough. The place had just the right touch, i feel it was a rental well done

I will not recommend this storage company to anyone, they do not know or understand how to deal with customers and do not even try to resolve things with their office in NY, it is worse.I give them 1 star.

Not well lit, not temperature controlled, and no security cameras. Told a guy at the front desk that it looked like my lock had been tampered with and he didn't believe me. When I came back ALL of my stuff (stereo, fridge, microwave, clothes) were gone. Filed a complaint and was told that I should have gotten insurance. SHADY
