This place has truly deceptive practices and I am ending my relationship with them as of this month. They impose a late fee after the 5th of every month which is understandable, however for the SECOND MONTH IN A ROW when I try to call to pay on the 5th l, NO ONE ANSWERS the phone!!! On the 5th of November 2015 I called from 8:30 in the am to 6:30pm calling every half hour. I left messages and no one picked up the phone. On the 5th of December 2015 the same thing happened. I then got a call regarding my bill and paid it. When I tried to discuss what had been happening the person on the phone became very aggressive, talking over me, with no intention of listening. From the attitude displayed, it became obvious that this has become a coordinated attempt to capitalize on late fees. The fact is that I have until the 5th to pay my storage fees. If I choose to pay on that day. I have that right. Either way, I have found another company to fulfill my storage needs
