Having lived a new premium buildings in NY I will say that the folks at Equity who run the no fee apartments here, have been terrific to deal with.The building is far better than any of the Manhattan Skyline buildings and at a much better value. Very impressed. The building staff are terrific too. Only negative, hence not 5 stars...is the quality of the kitchen. Yes, we are in NY and they are all small but...its a bit of a joke when you don't have cutlery drawers that fit cutlery and your upper cabinets don't fit your plates.
However, everything else we are extremely pleased with!
