Very overpriced (twice what I paid for same service in TriBeCa) and the quality of work is very poor. I have used them over the last year but I can't put up with the place anymore. This latest time the sole of my shoes unglued within days of getting it back. But the worst is how they treat customers. The people that work there but especially the owner were extremely rude. They don't take credit cards and his excuse is that is how he runs his business since 1942. Well welcome to 21st century. Don't go here!

WoW!!! Had two pairs of dress shoes that I loved but didn't want to buy new ones. Took them to the shop and they were done fast. They put new soles on the shoes, polished the leather, waterproofed both shoes, and made them look and feel like new. Very Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do Amazing Work!!!!!

I needed a pair of pointe shoes dyed for my daughter's ballet performance. The shoes perfectly matched the costume, the job was perfect.
