HORRIBLE. I called for an appointment for my Mitsubishi Fuso and was scheduled 8am one day then when my driver show up in the morning they told him mechanic is not there and will be in the evening so leave the truck and wait until ...nobody know how many days! I paid for my man ,tolls etc and had nothing done! The owner was there and was rude and said " I dont care" This is what it is.NYC worse service ever.Stay away!

Not a good place to work.

HORRIBLE. I called for an appointment for my International truck. The service department told me that there was a 3 week wait just to see my truck, hook it up to a computer to tell, what is wrong. Then when I brought it there, it took another 3 weeks before it was even looked at. 6 weeks no truck. NO work. How would I stay in business with a truck down for 6 weeks. I will NEVER buy another International truck. The staff is rude and nasty. And then they did NOT even find out what was wrong with the truck. Save your money. Find a good diesel mechanic and not bring it to this dealer. Super expensive.

Parts - The worse customer service out of all truck dealerships in NY. When u think about, why should they be nice? They know that they are the only option in NY if u need an OEM part for an international truck. Poor customer service stems from poor management. when employees are treated as if they are insignificant, they will treat customers the same way.
Service - be ready to wait 2 weeks before they even "take a look" at your truck.
I actually found international truck parts online cheaper - and delivered to my door. stay away from trucking. they have been around for so long and they have made so much money that they simply do not care what the customer experience is like - do not care how much money u have already spent there. u are nothing to them.

Love this place - it takes a while for the guys to warm up, but they're always professional - especially with respect to the other choices in NYC for truck service. I've been taking my 1990 Fuso there for years and they've always been professional (if brusque), straighforward and well worth the dealer prices - which are not bad considering the goofy things other places will try to do to your vehicle in this town.
