Trotta's West Street Pharmacy

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, they refuse to fill my prescription for rheumatoid arthritis. First I was told the drug is no longer available (seriously, you expect me to believe my doctor prescribed a medication that doesn't exists?). Then they explained it's because they don't stock the medication and the owner instructed them not to order it. When I attempted to speak with the owner, he was unavailable and still hasn't returned my call. Thanks for nothing Trotta's, I took my business elsewhere. One phone call to another pharmacy and they happily offered to order my medication and will have it in stock for me tomorrow.

Best pharmacy ever

I can't imagine a better pharmacy. The hours are actually better than the pharmacy counter at the big places, the pharmacy always gives consult for meds when needed like when I got medicine for infant and best way to give the medicine. Another time, the pharmacy made sure to recommend a specialized OTC pain med for an infection to give relief while the prescribed antibiotics take a day to work. If I had gone to chain store, I am sure my wife would have been suffering needlessly for a couple of days. In fact, the pharmacy was shocked that the urgent care doctor hadn't recommended a pain medicine and so was I when I saw the instant relief. This place gives the old fashion level of service where you can feel that everyone there appreciates your business. It also hires some local kids for part time work, and I appreciate that, especially as the kids see a great example of how to run a business. Many years ago, my first real job in high school was in a small pharmacy like this and it was a great start.

This pharmacy treats their customers in an unbelievably rude manner. They overcharged me for a prescription and when I called for a refund I was treated in an inhumane way, spending 30 minutes on hold, only to be yelled at and hung up on by the store owner himself! This pharmacy has no respect for its customers. I can't even believe how I was treated.
