Bought a granite counter top. Price was ok. Felt a bit let down. The sales person said there would be no need for a seam on the counter at the sink if we got the smaller sink, so we went with the smaller sink(same price as big one). When they came to install, lo and behold a seam on the counter. Called to complaint, and all I got was a "sorry for the misunderstanding" but did nothing to resolve the problem.

I am very happy with the service I got at Tri-State Stone in Newark, NJ. The countertop was delivered quickly and the installation was done professionally.
Recently, I took my friend Ana to Tri-State Stone for her kitchen countertop. She got the same excellent service and they were able to accommodate her tight schedule before she left on a trip.
I will not hesitate to recommend Tri-State Stone for their great customer service.

From beginning to end TRI STATE STONE is a class out!My experience w/ getting my countertops thru.TRI STATE STONE was excellent-They really took the time to give me the attention and great service.Very competitive price too makes the experience even better....AAA+++

im a builder and been to all granite fabricators shop in NJ . I've never seen such great team from sales reps to installers . Most educated and informative company I've experienced. they really take their time to explain everything about any color granite or marble. great selection of stone to choose and last but not least the quality of work they do is impressive.

One selection of granite was extensive. A workingman ship was great. From the template to the installation, everything was great. Andressa my sales person was the best, very patient with my requests and all. I am very happy!!! I recommend TriStateStone to everyone. Anne Scheneider, Dobby Ferry - NY
