DO NOT USE. Would not recommend in any way. When I have a great experience, I write a review so you can have a great experience too and when I have a horrible one, I want others to know so they avoid the same. This company is very unprofessional. Called twice to confirm before trip but manager refused to look up our confirmations just said ok, the driver will be there without taking any info. Driver showed up 5 minutes late; was sleeping at airport. Once get to airport, driver was upset with the agreed upon price. Spoke to the manager when we arrived at our destination. He assured us the driver would be there for our return trip. Called us the day before and tried to highjack us for more $. When I told him he could charge whatever he wanted because I would dispute it with Visa because I had written confirmations, he refused service unless I paid in cash. We did not have cash and he refused return service. We did not get highjacked with his price increase and made other arrangements. They are unscrupulous.
