Trio offers stunning views of protected wetlands and the Manhattan skyline. The opposite of 12th St facing east has never been developed, so if you buy an east-facing unit you're looking at landscaping machinery and the back of industrial buildings. Not pretty. But facing west is absolutely gorgeous. Also, the materials inside the units are very high-quality. Sturdy doors, quality marble and wood floors, and strong floor-to-ceiling hurricane windows. The buildings (there are two, there was supposed to be a third, hence Trio, but it got scrapped when the economy tanked) offer few amenities. The gyms are serviceable, but maintained at a minimal level. There is a playroom, party room, and office space, but good luck getting access. Still, I've Benny told by a number of contractors it's the best kept secret in Northern Jersey.
