I am writing this review because of the service or lack of service i received. The customer service in this extablishment left much to desire. I drove from queens village to this roti to shop for dhall puri. I stood online for 10 mins , One of the server askes me what i wanted, i told her, and she proceed to go to the next person, i waited for 10 minutes and nothing, no other server asked if i was being help, Finally i asked about my order and was told in a rude manner that they have no more dhall puri. Their service is beyone unacceptable for a paying customer. The are rude and direspectful. ..

As an out-of-towner I was staying at a nearby hotel and being hungry started walking down the road looking for something to eat. I walked by this quaint little shop to inquire about what a "Roti" was. The woman explained about the Roti and I agreed to a curry meal with it. It's the caribbean version of the buscuit. Not in the look or taste but in how it's eaten. It was a very delicious meal and at the end she even offered me a free dessert that they make from flour and crystalized sugar. I enjoyed a nice lesson about caribbean food and look forward to the next time I get have it again.
