I just came back from my first appointment there with Doctor Dolder Sarah and this was the worst experience ever visiting a medical facility. I waited for 50 minutes my doctor and than discover that this was a receptionist delay ( at least according to the doctor's words - blaming somebody else is never an elegant way to handle this kind of situation).
After 50 minutes waiting, she arrived, barely apologizing and she didn't take more than 1 minutes to look under my eye (where I have a rash). She didn't ask questions, she kept writing in the computer and she left after 5 minutes telling me she was giving me a receipt for a creme and a sample. I stayed in the room (she left and she closed the door behind her……to me this seemed to be an invitation to stay). After few minutes waiting for anybody…I got out and asked for the doctor again. The receptionist said she was visiting another patient and she was going to be available again in 15 minutes. I did have just a follow up question (since the visit went so fast I realized I didn't ask her how to wash my face during the treatment….probably something she should have remembered to mention also without my question). Anyway, I will try the treatment and probably will be good but….I have to say, would you trust a doctor behaving in this way? and even if she is going to be good, would you like to have more attention and due diligence when you visit a doctor? Last but not least, how would you consider to take our hour off from your job and go back 2 hours later? This seems to be a kind of doctor very much intrigued by the easy botox money and less by serious medical dermatological practice.
